John Wayne Gacy sexually assaulted, tortured and murdered at least 33 teenaged boys and young men between 1972 and 1978 in a suburb of Chicago in his home. He then buried his victims in the crawlspace of his home. He was incredibly charismatic and this may have allowed him to claim as many victims as he did without suspicion.

During the years 1991-1995, the red-light district and popular attraction spot Storyville in the New Orleans area that was known for its “what happens here stays here” freedom was overshadowed by a cloud of evil when twenty-seven bodies were discovered in swamps and bayous.

This is the case of the Storyville Slayer, a serial killer who gripped a city in terror for 4 years.

Gary Ray Bowles is a serial killer convicted of killing 6 men from April-October 1994. When he was arrested on October 22, 1994, he finally confessed to all 6 murders. He preyed on and murdered men apparently to use their credit cards, though he claims that he was trying to rid the world of pedophiles. Listen in this week as we discuss this case and fight off the largest hornet we’ve ever seen.

This week we finish our 2 part series on the Scott Peterson trial. On December 24th, 2002 Laci Peterson was 8 ½ months pregnant, and she and husband Scott were preparing for the birth of their first son, Conner. Scott decided to go fishing for the day while Laci made preparations for Christmas festivities with family.

She disappeared that morning and was never seen alive again, the bodies of Laci and Conner found later in the San Francisco bay where Scott had been fishing that day.

We are taking a look at the events that led to Laci and Conner’s murder, the trial, and examining the facts of the case to decide once and for all whether Scott is innocent and wrongfully convicted or guilty and where he needs to be.

*** There is a technical issue with the audio quality of this episode- please know that we are working to make sure this does not happen again and we appreciate all the support for the show. We ask that you extend some grace to two ladies who love true crime and are learning the world of podcasting. We love you all!***
